REALITIES: Postponement of the publication of 2024 annual results
REALITES announces a postponement of the publication of its 2024 annual results. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2025, this publication has been delayed due to ongoing restructuring procedures. The holding company, placed under the protection of the Nantes Commercial Court since February 2025, is working to adjust its accounts to address its current economic and financial situation.
The Group, which is currently reorganizing its workforce and cutting costs, states that management is fully committed to restoring the company's financial stability. A detailed schedule for the publication of results will be communicated to shareholders and the market shortly.
