Recticel Announces Capital Increase Following Subscription Rights Exercise

On 29 March 2024, the Belgian company Recticel reported a substantial increase in its share capital subsequent to the exercise of subscription rights related to two separate warrant plans, initially issued in June 2019 and June 2020. This strategic move resulted in the addition of 60,000 new ordinary shares to its portfolio, all of which are slated for trading on the Euronext Brussels starting from 3 April 2024.

Post-exercise, Recticel's total subscribed capital has seen an increment from EUR 140,577,300 to EUR 140,727,300. The total number of shares in issue, representing voting rights, has risen from 56,230,920 to 56,290,920. Consequently, the total available subscription rights have been adjusted from 2,525,000 to 2,465,000, reflecting the execution of 60,000 rights.
