Recticel Announces Capital Increase Through Subscription Rights
On 24 April 2025, Recticel revealed a capital increase following the exercise of 45,000 subscription rights from its warrant plan dated 29 April 2016. This has led to the issuance of 45,000 additional ordinary shares. These new shares will be available for trading on Euronext Brussels on 28 April 2025.
Post this development, the total subscribed capital of Recticel rose from EUR 141,514,800 to EUR 141,627,300. The total number of shares, each carrying voting rights, increased from 56,605,920 to 56,650,920. The outstanding subscription rights decreased to 2,315,000 from 2,552,500.
The company, with significant market presence across Europe and the USA, continues to expand its operations while advancing its commitment towards a carbon-free economy.
