Recticel Announces Capital Increase via Subscription Rights Exercise

Recticel has announced an increase in its share capital following the exercise of subscription rights. On 30 September 2025, 35,000 rights from the warrant plan of 28 June 2019 and 5,000 from the 29 June 2020 plan were exercised. This action resulted in the issuance of 40,000 new ordinary shares. These shares will be available for trading on Euronext Brussels starting 2 October 2025.

Post-exercise, the total subscribed capital increased from EUR 141,717,300 to EUR 141,817,300. The total number of shares with voting rights rose from 56,686,920 to 56,726,920. Meanwhile, the outstanding subscription rights decreased from 2,691,500 to 2,651,500.
