Red 5 Comics and Simon & Schuster publish new science fiction comic by Quentin Lee

On February 28, 2024, Red 5 Comics and Simon & Schuster announce the publication of the Asian Pacific and American (AAPI) science fiction adventure comic book by Quentin Lee, titled "Mystery Brothers." It will be available for sale on April 9, 2024. Taking place in New York, this work features two 13-year-old Chinese-American half-brothers, faced with a future where humanity risks being dominated by robots.

Negotiation for publication was between Scott Chitwood of Red 5 Comics and Quentin Lee of Margin Films. Red 5 acquires worldwide publishing rights, while Margin Films retains all media rights to the work. The project marks the first collaboration between Quentin Lee and Argentine artist Elis Zill, represented by Altercomics Studio in Argentina.

Scott Chitwood expressed his enthusiasm for the comic, which he said recalls the nostalgia of '80s films featuring children in extraordinary situations with a science fiction twist. Quentin Lee also shares his excitement for this second collaboration with Red 5 Comics.
