Regenera Agrees to Sell Carbon RX to EmissionTech

Regenera CleanTech Inc., based in Calgary, has announced a share exchange agreement with EmissionTech RX Corp. EmissionTech will acquire all the shares of Carbon RX Inc., valuing the transaction at approximately $7,500,000. This move will make Carbon RX a wholly-owned subsidiary of EmissionTech.

EmissionTech focuses on greenhouse gas emission reduction through various tech applications. This acquisition is expected to strengthen its market position, allowing it to offer a multifaceted approach to reducing emissions.

The transaction, subject to shareholder approval, would result in Regenera owning 46.4% of EmissionTech's share capital. Regenera's board endorses the deal, seeing it as beneficial for its strategic growth and market presence.
