Regents Park Funds to Shut Down Anfield Diversified Alternatives ETF

Regents Park Funds LLC announced its decision to close the Anfield Diversified Alternatives ETF (DALT) after over six years of operation. The closure notice was issued to shareholders and potential investors through an official supplement. This decision marks the end of DALT's trading activities on the CBOE BZX Exchange, Inc., with the last trading day scheduled for April 19, 2024.

Prior to the closure, shareholders will have the opportunity to sell their holdings until the specified closing date, although standard brokerage fees may apply. The fund will undergo a liquidation process from April 19 to April 26, 2024, during which its portfolio will be liquidated, increasing cash holdings and deviating from its intended investment strategies.
