Relief Therapeutics Announces Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

GENEVA (May 30, 2024) – Relief Therapeutics Holding SA (SIX: RLF, OTCQB: RLFTF, RLFTY) has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. CEST at Campus Biotech, Geneva, Switzerland.

The agenda includes the adoption of the annual report and financial accounts for 2023, appropriation of the annual result, and discharge of the board of directors and executive committee. Shareholders will also vote on compensation for board members and the executive committee, re-election of board members, and the election of the nomination and compensation committee. Additionally, there will be a consultative vote on the 2023 compensation report and re-election of the independent voting rights representative and auditors.
