Renault Group: Nissan to contribute 211 million euros in 2024
Renault Group announces a positive contribution of €211 million from Nissan for the 2024 financial year. This amount includes an estimate of €59 million for the fourth quarter of 2024, based on Nissan's results published under Japanese standards and adjusted for IFRS standards.
Renault's stake in Nissan is 35.71%, comprising 17.05% of shares held directly and 18.66% through a French trust. This contribution reflects Nissan's financial performance for the period from October 1 to December 31, 2024.
This momentum is the result of the share disposal and cancellation strategies previously implemented by Renault. These actions aim to optimize the group's results within the framework of its strategic partnership with Nissan.
