Repurchase of own shares by Compagnie du Bois Sauvage

Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has announced the repurchase of its own shares from February 12 to 16, 2024. These transactions are part of the authorization given by the extraordinary general meeting of April 28, 2021. In total, 738 shares were acquired on the NYSE Euronext Brussels market during this period, for a total amount of 193,329 euros.

The transaction on February 12 saw the purchase of 148 shares at an average price of 266 euros each, while the session on February 16 closed the week with the acquisition of 156 shares at an average price of 259.7179 euros. Since October 2, 2023, the company has repurchased 8,729 shares, representing 0.5% of its total shares, for a total amount of 2,379,097 euros.
