Repurchase of own shares by Econocom Group

As part of its share buyback program initiated by the General Meeting on November 30, 2021, Econocom Group SE carried out several transactions in November 2024. Between November 4 and 11, the company acquired 37,911 Econocom shares. The purchase was made on the stock market with average prices varying between €1.974 and €2.035 depending on the day. The transaction on November 5 reached the maximum price of €2.020 per share.
