Le Conseil d'Administration de CROSSWOOD a validé les comptes annuels 2024, disponibles sur leur site. En 2024, la société s'est concentrée sur SCBSM en vendant le centre commercial Republic 2000. Au 31 décembre, le patrimoine total s'élevait à 94,9 M€, majoritairement constitué par la participation dans SCBSM.
Un ANR de liquidation net d'impôt atteint 7,87 € par action, contre 7,45 € un an auparavant. Le résultat opérationnel a diminué à 0,9 M€ suite à la cession d'actifs. Néanmoins, la contribution de SCBSM a permis un résultat net de 5,5 M€.
Les capitaux propres se chiffrent à 83,7 M€, avec une trésorerie nette de 5,5 M€. L'endettement a été réduit à 0,1 M€, après remboursement du prêt lié au centre commercial vendu.
