Results for the first half of 2024 for Burelle SA
Burelle SA posts positive results for the first half of 2024. Net profit, group share, reached 62 million euros, up compared to the previous half-year. Real estate NAV increased by 6% and that of private equity by 14%.
The consolidated turnover of the Industry activity – OPmobility – increased by 2.1%, reaching 5.4 billion euros. This progression is supported by a strong performance in the United States. The real estate activity, via Sofiparc, displays a financial occupancy rate of 97%. Sofiparc is also developing its investments in the hotel sector. Burelle Participations obtains a record NAV of 137 million euros.
The Board of Directors of Burelle SA has decided to distribute an interim dividend of 10 euros per share, payable on August 1, 2024.
