Results of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Predilife
On April 29, 2024, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Predilife was held with a quorum of 54.18%. All resolutions proposed by the board of directors were adopted by a very large majority. Among the approved resolutions are the approval of the accounts for the 2023 financial year, the renewal of the mandates of directors and various authorizations relating to the capital and shares of the company.
