On March 10, 2025, Riber published its monthly data regarding its share capital. As of February 28, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounted to 21,253,024. This figure is consistent with the gross total of voting rights, also set at 21,253,024.
An adjustment is made to determine the total net voting rights, which is 20,960,869. This reduction results from the deduction of shares deprived of voting rights.
