Intérêt du groupe Vanguard dans Rio Tinto et Glencore
Le groupe Vanguard a déclaré ses participations importantes dans Rio Tinto plc et Rio Tinto Limited conformément à la règle 8.3 du Code des offres publiques d'acquisition. Au 15 janvier 2026, Vanguard détenait 4,44 % des titres concernés de Rio Tinto plc, soit 55 742 611 actions. Par ailleurs, il détenait une participation de 6,78 % dans Rio Tinto Limited, soit 25 172 877 actions.
La déclaration, datée du 16 janvier, inclut également les transactions relatives à ces participations. Vanguard a acquis plusieurs actions des deux entités de Rio Tinto en livres sterling (GBP) et en dollars australiens (AUD). La déclaration s'étend à Glencore plc, faisant état des intérêts de Vanguard dans d'autres parties à l'offre.
