Rob Wilmshurst to Lead All Ticketing Activities for CTS EVENTIM in the UK

Hamburg/Nottingham/London, 9 September 2024 – Rob Wilmshurst, co-founder and former CEO of See Tickets UK, has taken over all ticketing activities for the CTS EVENTIM Group in the UK. The company operates under the brands See Tickets and EVENTIM UK.

Martin Fitzgerald, the former Managing Director of EVENTIM UK, is leaving to focus on personal projects. John Gibson will remain as Managing Director of EVENTIM UK and will support Wilmshurst.

CTS EVENTIM acquired See Tickets earlier this year from Vivendi. Wilmshurst's career began at "Way Ahead Records" in Nottingham. He co-founded the Way Ahead Group in 1998 and later rebranded it as See Tickets in 2004. Over the years, he has led national and international growth.

Alexander Ruoff, COO of CTS EVENTIM, expressed confidence in the new management team and welcomed the transition.
