Rogue Resources Inc. to Rebrand as Clean Energy Transition Inc.
Rogue Resources Inc. (TSXV:RRS) will change its name to Clean Energy Transition Inc. and its ticker symbol to "TRAN", effective May 29, 2024. This shift aligns with the company's new focus on exploring commercial opportunities within the energy transition sector.
CEO Sean Samson stated that the rebrand reflects the company's evolving direction. Current shareholders do not need to take any action regarding their shares, which will remain unaffected. A new CUSIP number has been issued.
The name and ticker changes were approved by the board of directors and the TSX Venture Exchange. Concurrently, the company will launch a new website, transition.inc, and host an investor call to discuss future strategies.
