Rover Critical Minerals Corp. Advances on Let's Go Lithium Project Permitting Process
Rover Critical Minerals Corp., based in Vancouver, BC, announced the continuation of environmental baseline surveys at its Let's Go Lithium project in Amargosa Valley, NV, USA. The surveys, which began in March 2024, are part of the ongoing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) permitting process. CEO Judson Culter reported satisfaction with the progress of the fieldwork and expressed confidence in proceeding with exploratory drilling, planning less than five acres of disturbance.
Paddy Moylan, President of Rover, shared his excitement about the advancements and reaffirmed the company's commitment to conducting operations in an environmentally conscious manner. Additionally, the company disclosed the issuance of 150,000 common shares to President Moylan for services from February to April 2024, with each share priced at $0.05. This transaction, awaiting final TSXV approval, will not result in the creation of a new control person and will adhere to a standard four-month regulatory hold period.
