RS&H Acquires Colorado Springs-Based Architecture and Planning Firm HB&A

RS&H, a national employee-owned architecture, engineering, and consulting firm, has acquired HB&A, a Colorado Springs-based architecture and planning firm.

This acquisition unites two firms with a shared vision of delivering exceptional planning and design solutions for clients and communities. HB&A, established in 1971, is a leader in architecture and planning for federal, local government, commercial, and non-profit sectors. RS&H, founded in 1941, offers services across aerospace, aviation, corporate, federal, health and science, and transportation markets.

Dave Sweeney, CEO of RS&H, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition. "HB&A's innovative and creative team is a great addition and will enhance our service offerings to our growing client portfolio."
