Rubis Énergie signs an agreement for a $265 million credit facility
Rubis announced that its subsidiary, Rubis Énergie SAS, signed its first American private financing (USPP) under French law with PGIM Private Capital. This operation represents an amount of 265 million dollars. Rubis Énergie will issue three series of senior unsecured bonds, each of 70 million euros, with ultimate maturities of 8, 10 and 12 years.
Nearly $40 million remains available under this agreement for future issuance over the next two years. This financing allows Rubis to diversify its sources and extend the average maturity of its debt from 3 to 5 years. It also paves the way for other potential USPP operations.
Advisors to Rubis Énergie SAS include BRED Banque Populaire and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. The 2024 half-year results will be published on September 5, 2024 after close of trading. Photosol Day will be held on September 17, 2024.
