Rubis Receives Resolution Requests for June General Meeting
On 15 May 2025, Rubis received a formal request from Compagnie Nationale de Navigation. The request seeks to add two draft resolutions to the agenda of the general meeting scheduled for 12 June 2025. These resolutions involve the appointment of Mr. Patrick Molis and Mrs. Anne Lauvergeon to the Supervisory Board for three-year terms.
The Management Board of Rubis has expressed a positive reception towards these nominations. Compagnie Nationale de Navigation, a shareholder with more than 9% of the company’s share capital, initiated these candidacies. Mr. Patrick Molis has shown interest in fostering a constructive dialogue with Rubis.
The Supervisory Board plans to convene on 21 May 2025 to evaluate these proposals and provide their verdict. Details on these requests will be made available on Rubis' website in compliance with legal requirements.
