Rubis Supervisory Board Updates Ahead of Shareholders’ Meeting
Rubis has announced significant changes to its Supervisory Board following the departure of Nils Christian Bergene. Antoine Sautenet from Michelin has been co-opted as an independent member, pending ratification at the upcoming Shareholders' Meeting on 12 June 2025. Additionally, Alberto Pedrosa was named Chairman of the Audit and CSR Committee.
Compagnie Nationale de Navigation (CNN) has forwarded resolutions to appoint Patrick Molis and Anne Lauvergeon as independent board members. These appointments are backed by Rubis’ Supervisory Board, highlighting CNN’s commitment to constructive engagement. If approved, the board will comprise 14 members, including 13 independent directors.
Meanwhile, Rubis received a proposal to amend dividend calculation methods for General Partners, submitted by a shareholder group. While this wasn’t approved for the current meeting, Rubis promises further analysis, with potential discussions slated for 2026.
