Rubis: Results from the Capital Increase Reserved for Group Employees
On 13 February 2024, Rubis announced a capital increase reserved for eligible employees of the Corporate Savings Plan, Rubis Avenir. The Shareholders’ Meeting of 8 June 2023 had authorised a maximum nominal amount of €700,000, translating to 560,000 Rubis shares.
The subscription price was set at €15.71 per share, representing 70% of the average opening rates from the preceding 20 trading days as stipulated by the French Labour Code. The subscription period ran from 18 March to 5 April 2024.
By the end of the period, 826 employees, or 65.95% of those eligible, participated, subscribing to a total of €8,795,743.62. Consequently, 559,881 new shares were issued, accounting for 0.54% of outstanding shares, as of 24 May 2024.
The share capital now stands at €130,195,158.75, divided into 104,156,127 shares with a nominal value of €1.25 each. The new shares are effective from 1 January 2024.
