Rubis: Shareholding Thresholds Surpassed

Rubis, a French energy company, has disclosed significant crossings in its shareholding and voting rights thresholds. On April 7 and 8, 2025, both the Concert Molis and the Compagnie nationale de navigation surpassed the 6%, 7%, 8%, and 9% thresholds for Rubis' ordinary shares and voting rights. The Compagnie nationale de navigation now holds 9.06% of the ordinary shares and 8.87% of the voting rights. Concurrently, Concert Molis holds 9.37% of the shares and 9.18% of the voting rights.
This shift stems from the acquisition of over four million shares, divided between market and off-market transactions. The financial backing involves a forward contract with a bank, featuring options set to expire between November 2027 and September 2028.
