Rush Rare Metals Corp. Updates on Copper Mountain Discoveries
Rush Rare Metals Corp. (CSE:RSH) announced significant findings from its earn-in partner, Myriad Uranium, on the Copper Mountain uranium property in Wyoming. Myriad’s press release details historical high-grade intervals and enhanced geological insights, captured from 1970s cross-section diagrams by Rocky Mountain Energy. Long mineralized intervals up to 210.5 feet with grades over 0.25% eU3O8 were reported.
The data has been integrated into Myriad's 3-D modeling of the Canning Deposit, improving targeting for their drill campaign. Canning contains the largest estimated historical resource at Copper Mountain, yet other zones like Midnight and Mint/Allard also show significant potential. In the northern Canning zone alone, high-grade shells (>500 ppm eU3O8) were identified, guiding revised drilling efforts.
CEO Peter Smith praised Myriad's work, noting that the intercepts are some of the best historical numbers seen. The ongoing drill program aims to validate and expand on historical data, potentially exceeding past resource estimates. Rush retains a 25% interest in Copper Mountain, benefiting from Myriad's advancements and future updates.
