Sadot Group Inc. Appoints New CEO, Ms. Catia Jorge

Sadot Group Inc. has announced the appointment of Ms. Catia Jorge as the new Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Jorge joins at a crucial phase as the company aims to expand its global platform. With nearly 30 years of experience in agricultural markets, she previously led Olam Agri's operations in Brazil and held key roles at Cargill Agricola South America.

Kevin Mohan, Chairman of the Board, expressed confidence in Jorge's leadership and strategic vision to propel Sadot's growth. Ms. Jorge is focused on executing a multi-pronged growth strategy to enhance revenue and profitability while streamlining operations.

Michael Roper, the former CEO, will transition to Chief Governance & Compliance Officer, continuing to lead the divestiture of Sadot's restaurant operations. He voiced pride in Sadot's advancements and support for Jorge's leadership.
