Sadot Group Appoints David Hanna as Interim CEO
Sadot Group Inc. has announced that Catia Jorge will step down as CEO due to personal reasons, effective June 1, 2025. She will continue to serve until then to ensure a smooth transition. David Hanna, Executive Vice President of Sadot Canada, will assume the role of Interim CEO starting June 2, 2025.
David Hanna brings over two decades of senior management experience in the global agri-food industry. His career includes roles as CEO, CFO, and President, managing revenues of up to $500 million annually. He has a proven track record in global operations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial transactions worth over $1 billion.
Chairman Mark McKinney expressed gratitude for Catia Jorge's contributions and conveyed confidence in David Hanna's capabilities. Sadot Group will conduct a search for a new CEO during Hanna's 90-day interim period.
