Sadot Group Reports Q3 2024 Financial Results

Sadot Group Inc., an emerging player in the global food supply chain, announced its third-quarter financial results for 2024. The company reported a net income of $1.2 million, a remarkable improvement from a $5.2 million loss in the same period last year. Consolidated revenues reached $201.7 million, marking a 10.7% year-over-year increase.

This quarter's EBITDA rose significantly to $2.9 million from a negative $4.4 million last year. Basic and dilutive EPS improved to $0.25 and $0.23, respectively. Year-to-date financials also showed improvement, with a net income of $3.3 million, compared to a $6.1 million loss the previous year.

Operationally, Sadot completed transactions across 14 countries and expanded its global footprint with new ventures in Brazil and Canada. The company continues to explore acquisitions and strategic opportunities to expand its presence in agri-commodities.
