SAF-HOLLAND SE Announces Supervisory Board Changes
SAF-HOLLAND SE has announced changes to its Supervisory Board. Ingrid Jägering will resign at the end of the Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2025. She has been praised for her contributions as Deputy Chairwoman and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee over the past six years.
The board proposes electing Dagmar Rehm as Jägering's successor. Rehm, with extensive experience in finance and business development, could also head the Audit Committee. Additionally, the company aims to expand the board from five to six members to address growing demands and complexity, driven by acquisitions like Haldex.
Potential new member Hans-Werner Kaas, with a strong background in industrial engineering and consulting, is seen as an ideal addition. The shareholders will vote on these proposals during the May 20 meeting in Lohr am Main.
