SAFE postpones publication of 2024 annual results

Safe has announced the postponement of its 2024 annual results, originally scheduled to be released between September and October 2025. This delay is attributed to complications encountered in preparing the company's consolidated financial statements. Indeed, the benefit of an exemption relating to the audit of the statutory accounts of its British subsidiary, Safe Orthopaedics Ltd., has been called into question.

This exemption calls into question all financial years starting in 2023, thus requiring Safe to audit the accounts for 2023 and 2024 within a tight deadline. This process therefore creates additional delays for the consolidation and publication of results.
