Safran Reduces Resources for Liquidity Contract
On April 30, 2024, Safran, a leading international high-technology group listed on Euronext Paris, announced a decrease in the resources allocated to its liquidity contract with ODDO BHF SCA. Initially established in 2019, this contract facilitated the trading of Safran shares under the ISIN FR0000073272 to comply with market regulations.
The decision to reduce resources came after the funds surpassed the Euro 50 million threshold set by AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021. The total resources reached Euro 56,422,642.38 by March 31, 2024. Safran will withdraw Euro 6,500,000 from the contract to adjust to the required limits.
