According to the document, SAFRAN’s total number of shares reached 427,260,541. These shares are tied to a total theoretical number of voting rights of 541,132,855, with the number of exercisable voting rights standing at 527,054,914.

This disclosure is part of SAFRAN's ongoing compliance with French financial regulations, specifically Article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulations.
