SAFRAN Releases Update on Share Capital and Voting Rights
On September 9, 2024, SAFRAN issued its monthly statement regarding the composition of its share capital and the number of voting rights as of August 31, 2024. This report is in compliance with Article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and Article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of August 31, the total number of shares amounted to 427,260,541. The theoretical number of voting rights stood at 542,209,264. The number of exercisable voting rights, excluding treasury shares stripped of voting rights, was 534,046,352.
SAFRAN is a Société Anonyme with a Board of Directors. It has a share capital of €85,452,108 and is headquartered at 2, Boulevard du Général Martial-Valin, Paris.
