Safran’s 2024 Annual General Meeting

Paris, May 23, 2024 — Safran (Euronext Paris: SAF) held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Safran Campus, chaired by Ross McInnes, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The meeting allowed for information exchange with shareholders and was broadcast live on Safran's website.

Key discussions included the presentation of 2023's financial results by CFO Pascal Bantegnie and an overview of the Group's climate commitments by Patrick Pélata. Shareholders approved a dividend payment of €2.20 per share and reappointed several directors, including Patricia Bellinger and Anne Aubert. New appointments were also made, such as Pascale Dosda as a director representing employee shareholders and Ivan Hardouin to the Audit and Risk Committee.

All proposed resolutions were approved, including the financial statements, new related-party agreements, and compensation policies. The Board of Directors remains composed of 16 members with a significant percentage of independent and female directors.
