Saint-Gobain has started exclusive negotiations to sell PAM Building, its subsidiary specializing in sanitary and rainwater drainage solutions, to Aldebaran, a French institutional investment fund, with Bpifrance taking a minority stake. This move is part of Saint-Gobain PAM's strategy to concentrate on its core business of water transport and supply networks.

PAM Building operates two production plants in France and the UK, employs 400 people, and reported revenues of €110 million in 2023. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024. This sale aligns with Saint-Gobain’s “Grow & Impact” strategic plan.

Relevant social partners have been informed and consulted as part of the pre-sale process, ensuring transparency throughout the transaction. The divestment underscores Saint-Gobain's commitment to optimizing its business profile.
