Saint-Gobain cède Tumelero au groupe brésilien GG10
En date du 2 octobre 2025, Saint-Gobain a annoncé la conclusion d'un accord définitif avec le groupe brésilien GG10 pour vendre son enseigne Tumelero au Brésil. Tumelero, qui exploite 16 magasins et un centre logistique dans l'État de Rio Grande do Sul, emploie environ 580 personnes. En 2024, son chiffre d'affaires a atteint environ 40 millions d’euros.
GG10, basé à Dois Irmãos, est actif dans le secteur de la distribution de matériaux de construction sous la marque G-Haus. La finalisation de cette transaction est à la condition de l'approbation des autorités de la concurrence, et est attendue d'ici fin 2025. Cette cession s'inscrit dans la stratégie de Saint-Gobain visant à optimiser son portefeuille d'activités.
