Sale of Dorge Medic and Dyna Médical by the Bastide Group
On June 5, 2025, the Bastide Group announced the sale of its Belgian subsidiaries Dorge Medic and Dyna Médical to Aqtor!, a Belgian company specializing in technical orthopedics. These two entities, acquired in 2013 and 2014, generated cumulative revenue of €9.6 million for the 2023-2024 financial year.
This sale, made in cash, allows Bastide to reduce its net financial debt and is part of a strategy to refocus on activities with high growth potential. Bastide, however, retains a presence in Belgium in the respiratory assistance sector.
The Group continues to evaluate other non-strategic asset disposals to unlock the value created. This approach is in line with its objective of focusing on synergistic and value-adding activities.
