Sale of Orillia Quarry by Rogue Resources Inc.

Rogue Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RRS), a company based in Toronto, has announced the sale of its Orillia quarry, marking a further step in its process of divesting stone quarries in Ontario. This transaction concludes over 15 quarters of operation with a total volume of 53,828 tonnes of stone sold, generating $4.92 million in revenue for Rogue. The sale of the property was completed for $1.85 million, allowing the company to realize a net profit of $1.74 million.

Since 2019, Rogue Resources has been facing a working capital deficit that it is diligently working to resolve. Specializing in mining with the aim of generating positive cash flow, Rogue does not limit itself to any specific commodity, instead focusing on the value and quality of rock deposits. The company continues to develop its silica/quartz business through the Snow White project in Ontario and the Silicon Ridge project in Quebec.
