Change of governance within the SAMSE group

The SAMSE Group has announced a significant change in its governance. Following a proposal from the Executive Management, the Board of Directors has decided to change the management of the SAMSE brand to inject new momentum.

Effective August 7, 2025, Yannick Lopez, previously Deputy Managing Director of the group, will take over the leadership of the SAMSE brand. He will be supported by the current Management Committee to guide this change.

At the same time, the group has launched the recruitment of a new Brand Director to strengthen this momentum in the coming years. This transition comes after the end of François Beriot's term as Deputy Managing Director of SAMSE.
