Sanofi invests $625 million to boost Sanofi Ventures

Sanofi announced a $625 million investment in Sanofi Ventures to support biotechnology and digital health innovation. The fund, which now manages more than $1.4 billion, focuses on key areas such as immunology and rare diseases.

Since its inception in 2012, Sanofi Ventures has invested in more than 70 innovative companies. The fund supports companies throughout their life cycles, actively participating in board meetings and initial public offerings.

Paul Hudson, CEO of Sanofi, underscores the company's commitment to innovation and strategic partnerships. This investment comes at a time when access to financing for startups is limited, positioning Sanofi as a key player in medical innovation.
