Sanofi Launches 2024 Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Paris, May 31, 2024—Sanofi has announced the launch of its 2024 global Employee Stock Purchase Plan, "Action 2024." Starting June 4, 2024, the plan will be available to approximately 80,000 employees across 56 countries.

The plan, now in its 10th year, aims to involve employees in the company's growth. Employees will be offered shares at a subscription price of €72.87, reflecting a 20% discount on the recent average opening prices of Sanofi shares. For every five shares subscribed, employees will receive one free matching share, up to a maximum of four matching shares per employee.

The purchase period runs from June 4 to June 24, 2024. In 2023, 39.4% of Sanofi's employees participated in a similar program, showing growing confidence in the company's direction.
