Santa Monica Hotel Reopens with Modern Transformation
The newly rebranded Santa Monica Hotel has reopened its doors at the intersection of Grant Street and Lincoln Boulevard. A ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by local officials and community members, marked the transition of the former Santa Monica Motel into a contemporary, upscale hotel.
Jon Farzam, the owner of Santa Monica Hotel, led this transformation. Farzam's experience in local hospitality has driven his innovative approach. The remodel reaffirms the hotel's commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
The 30-room hotel now features a brighter color scheme, a mural by a local artist, and refined lighting. The revamped courtyard offers breakfast service and access to electric bikes. Redesigned guestrooms include palm frond wallpaper, rattan furniture, LED mirrors, Nespresso machines, and charging stations.
A significant aspect of the transformation is the new outdoor event space. The hotel's parking lot has been repurposed to host art exhibitions, movie premieres, and red carpet events. Guests can also communicate via a new texting service for room service needs. The hotel's proximity to Third Street Promenade offers guests easy access to shopping and dining options.
