SAPMER finalizes its capital increase in Reunion

Sapmer, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced the completion of a €5 million capital increase reserved for the Réunion region. This transaction follows an initial tranche of €15 million completed in April 2024 for the benefit of Réunion investors. A total of 647,668 new shares were issued, resulting in a dilution of more than 10% of existing shareholders. Sapmer's share capital now consists of 6,095,685 shares with a par value of €4,876,548.
Following this transaction, the Réunion Region holds 10.63% of the share capital, while the percentage held by Sapmer Investissements, Réunion-based stakeholders, and Cana Tera has decreased. The new shares have been listed on Euronext Growth Paris since April 2, 2025. This increase is part of a conciliation protocol initiated by the company specializing in responsible fishing in the waters of the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
