Sasquatch Resources Unveils Blue Grouse Exploration Findings
Vancouver-based Sasquatch Resources Corp. has revealed results from its exploration at the Blue Grouse Property, located near Cowichan Lake. The property, a former mine site, is now under evaluation for its mineral waste rock and tailings. The exploration conducted by 911 Mining comprised 60 samples from Blue Grouse waste piles, 16 from Sunnyside, and 25 from tailings, with additional grab samples collected.
The results indicate average copper and silver values. Blue Grouse waste piles showed 2.37% copper and 12.8 g/t silver, Sunnyside had 4.31% copper and 8.91 g/t silver, and tailings presented 0.44% copper and 2.14 g/t silver. Notably, grab samples exhibited higher values, indicating possible economic potential for reclamation. CEO Peter Smith noted the significance of these findings for future activities.
