ScalePad Expands Assurance Service to Include Microsoft Surface PCs

ScalePad has announced its expansion to cover Microsoft Surface PCs through its Workstation Assurance service within Lifecycle Manager. Aimed at providing extended warranty services, this development addresses a strong demand from both partners and their clients for Surface device coverage. CEO Dan Wensley emphasized the significant revenue opportunity and added value this offers to partners and clients alike in the managed service provider (MSP) community.

The integration coincides with growing market dynamics, where the Surface computing market is projected to grow significantly, from $81.94 billion in 2024 to an estimated $370.58 billion by 2029. This expansion aligns with the MSPs’ need to safeguard their clients' investments in increasingly mobile and high-tech devices, including Microsoft Surface PCs. Workstation Assurance from ScalePad now notably includes accidental damage protection and supports devices from over a dozen different OEMs.

ScalePad's initiative aims at addressing key MSP challenges by offering comprehensive device protection and replacement, simplified warranty procurement, and additional revenue generation avenues.
