SCBSM: Declaration of transactions in own shares
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has published details of its share purchases. These transactions comply with the conditions of Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
On September 2, 2024, SCBSM acquired 137 shares at an average price of EUR 8.45. On September 4, 2024, the company repurchased 59 shares at a price of EUR 8.4. On September 5, 2024, 94 shares were purchased at EUR 8.4 each.
These transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market, allowing SCBSM to strengthen its position on its own shares in accordance with the regulations in force.
