SCBSM: Declaration of transactions in own shares
Paris, July 22, 2024 – SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announces the repurchases of its own shares carried out in accordance with article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The company carried out several transactions on its own shares on July 16, 18 and 19, 2024. On July 16, SCBSM repurchased 7 shares at an average price of 8.2 euros per share. On July 18, 19 shares were acquired at an average price of 8.5 euros. Finally, on July 19, 21 additional shares were purchased, also at 8.5 euros per share.
These transactions took place on the regulated market Euronext Paris, under the ISIN code FR0006239109.
