SCBSM déclare des rachats d'actions propres effectués sur Euronext Paris
Le 17 mars 2025, SCBSM, une foncière cotée sur Euronext Paris, a publié un communiqué concernant ses transactions d'actions propres. Conformément à l'article 5 du règlement relatif à l'abus de marché, SCBSM a réalisé différentes transactions. Le 11 mars 2025, la société a racheté un volume total de 66 actions. Chaque action a été acquise à un prix pondéré moyen de 8,6 euros. Ces transactions ont été effectuées sur le marché XPAR, témoignant de la stratégie de gestion active de son capital par SCBSM.
