SCBSM: Declared own share transactions
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has communicated its recent transactions concerning its own shares. The transactions took place in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). The share buyback activities took place from October 7 to 11, 2024, with a daily variation in the volume of shares acquired.
On October 7, SCBSM repurchased 87 shares at an average price of 8.5 euros. In the following days, volumes and prices fluctuated slightly, with purchases of 70 to 203 shares at prices between 8.5 and 8.65 euros. These transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market, under the ISIN code FR0006239109.
